These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the MIDMAR Global website. They do not constitute a service agreement. Any provision of manpower, facilities maintenance, cleaning or operational support services is governed exclusively by a separately executed written contract between MIDMAR Global and the client.

Content on this website, including service descriptions, indicative resource availability and mobilisation timeframes, is provided for general information. Availability figures are indicative and subject to confirmation by the coordination desk at the time of enquiry.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment as to price, headcount, response time or service level.

Submission of a quotation request, staffing request or other enquiry does not create a contractual relationship. Proposals issued by MIDMAR Global are valid for the period stated on the proposal and are subject to site verification, availability of personnel and completion of compliance checks.

You agree not to use this website to submit unlawful, misleading or fraudulent information, to impersonate any person or entity, to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or to extract data by automated means without written permission.

All trade marks, logos, text, imagery, layout and source code on this website are the property of MIDMAR Global or its licensors. No licence is granted other than to view the content for the purpose of evaluating our services. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is prohibited.
