MIDMAR Global ("MIDMAR Global", "we", "us") is a hospitality contracting and facilities services company registered in the State of Qatar. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, process, retain and disclose personal data obtained through this website and through the commercial relationships arising from it.

By submitting an enquiry, quotation request, staffing request, vendor registration or employment application through this website, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the information necessary to respond to and administer your enquiry. Depending on the form used, this may include: full name, job title, company name, business email address, telephone number, site location, scope of requirement, indicative budget, mobilisation timeline, curriculum vitae, trade licence documentation and any additional information you voluntarily provide.

We do not operate advertising trackers on this website and we do not purchase or enrich contact data from third-party brokers.

3. Purpose and lawful basis of processing

Personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to enquiries, preparing commercial proposals, assessing supplier or candidate suitability, performing contractual obligations, and complying with applicable legal, tax and labour requirements in the State of Qatar.

Processing is undertaken on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence, and compliance with legal obligations.

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Uploaded documents are held in private storage that is not publicly addressable. Access is limited to authorised personnel with an operational need.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure where retention is no longer required, and withdraw consent to further correspondence.
